Founder and Purpose
WOW Institute of Empowerment
Being motivated by the plight of women who felt they had no self-worth, those whom Jesus called, “the least of these,” Connie genuinely desired to touch those most in need. In 2004, choosing to help women throughout the world defying cultural, religious, gender, and socio-economic boundaries she began hosting; “From Pain to Power” women’s conferences that ministered to hurting women. Particularly, Connie ministered to women abused and divorced who aspire to become leaders and entrepreneurs. In 2010, she founded W.O.W. Institute of Empowerment. The Institute is designed to reach the world of women with the W.O.W. mentoring factor that transforms them into women of wholeness!
Her objective for the Institute is to help women have the ultimate experience in two realms:
- A spiritual realm characterized by joy, prosperity, success, manifold blessings, and empowered living; and,
- A relationship with God that propels them into a realm of unlimited opened doors of opportunity, enabling them to discover their divine purpose to launch them into their destiny, pushing them forward to maximizing their best potential and taking their rightful position.
Unapologetically Stepping Out The Box
Connie’s global vision has become more defined in form, growing to higher heights and depths unknown. She stepped out of the box of familiarity to do the unfamiliar, embracing the uncomfortable to become unstoppable and unapologetic. Her ministry encapsulates the transparent vulnerability that women have come to love which empower them with wisdom and knowledge for growth and development that changes their lives and zip codes.

Purpose
WOW Institute of Empowerment was established November 27, 2010, to empower women with the strength and confidence needed to fulfill purpose. The Institute will educate individuals with requisite knowledge to become W.O.W., women of wholeness, worth, wealth, wisdom, warfare, worship, word, and writing.
Mission
The WOW mission is to implement training that will cause women to be transformed by the renewing of their minds. WOW Institute will develop women through various seminars and workshops, in addition to teaching the Word of God that will bring forth spiritual growth and development. WOW Institute will inspire women to become women of esteem, fostering a sisterhood towards being better mothers, wives, singles, and true friends. Women will learn how to become healthy, mentally, and financially wealthy, emotionally and spiritually stable, navigating successfully through life’s circumstances and challenges. Furthermore, WOW will equip women in business by empowering them to lean forward and capitalize on their rightful positions in the world; thereby, birthing and fulfilling their purpose and destiny.
