As a woman of wholeness, Connie Judge is redefining W.O.W.! Breaking glass ceiling she is an entrepreneur, teacher, author, international speaker, humanitarian, mentor, minister, mother, grandmother, sister, spiritual leader, and popular beauty industry personality.
Well known for her insightful and dynamic business teaching, Connie is the Founder and President of the National Trichology Training Institute in Stockbridge, Georgia. Humbly serving as Founder and President of W.O.W. Institute of Empowerment, she facilitates a women’s forum by way of mentoring and ministering of fostering women in need of inspiration, uplift, and encouragement.
By blending fresh perspectives, timeless values, and hands-on work ethic she is helping women reposition their lives to cultivate healthy relationships, expand their creativity, in addition to building wealth.
With a powerful voice of transparency from a global platform, Connie is a gifted exhorter and motivator, delivering spiritual truths that transform lives. Her fundamental messages are transcending multi-cultural, socioeconomic, and subjugated barriers. She presents a courageous, honest, and heartfelt perspective to real-women issues as it relates to women of abuse, divorcee, single parenting, mental health, and women’s health.
Connie brings to the forefront a plethora of information and solutions for adult women while training the next generation of young adults to assume their roles in life as women of dignity with character and integrity.
Seeing a greater need for growth and development in women, she partners with other alliances as a collaborative effort to bring about a “Paradigm Shift” to the mind set of women who are pursuit of purpose as well as going to new dimension in life.
With more than forty years of entrepreneurial experience, Connie is the first and only African American owner of a Trichology Institute in the United States. She has received notable awards such as a Proclamation from the City of Stockbridge and several Resolutions from the Georgia State Capital for becoming the only Trichology Institute of its kind in the United States.
Connie has mastered the art of science in the beauty business and education. Her years of experience include teaching on an international level at numerous trade shows, colleges, and corporations. Her accomplishments consist of various combined certificates of completion of advanced training in wellness and business. She also holds a Community Awards Key to the City of Albany, Georgia, and several Proclamations from the City of Macon and Atlanta, Georgia.
Connie has been featured in several national Trade magazines, other periodicals, and hosted an NBC Television Talk show, “Sisters Can We Talk,” that can now be viewed on her YouTube Channel. As an author, she has published many books including The Beauty Business Manual, Trichology Healthcare Textbooks, and the latest release “Saving Our Strands”.
From Pain to Power!
The process of purpose through the tutelage of her adoptive parents along with other great Godly leaders, her life took on new meaning. With awakening spiritual growth and maturity, Connie gained healing and deliverance from the secrecy of past pains that could have destroyed her life. What was meant for evil, was made for her good. Her sorrows turned into joy, her failures into powerful victories, and ashes from burned memories into beauty. Connie realized WOW POWER and her world began to change – this time for the better.
Birthing Dreams and Visions
The humiliation, heavy shame, and rejection she had carried on heart for so long, was now gone. Yet, it never occurred to Connie that God would someday use her to mentor and serve as a maternal figure for other women. At age nineteen, Connie achieved her Diploma and continued to beauty school. Later, she opened a chain of beauty salons and a barbering academy. At the age of forty, she enrolled in college, majoring in Journalism and Mass Communications. Advancing forward with a greater vision as a successful businesswoman she began to exhort and empower other women to greatness both in business and ministry.
Connie’s Christian walk led her to accept the call to minister as a teacher and exhorter. For many years, her life went through a metamorphosis for character development. Walking a new season of life, God fulfilled greater purpose in Connie, which instilled greater power for the positive momentum that was to come. In 1997, God gave her a vision to start a ministry for women. Following the path of women in Proverbs 31, in 2010 Connie added, WOW Institute of Empowerment. WOW Institute garnered an abundance of knowledge and spiritual empowerment for hurting women.
In 2006, Connie relocated to Stockbridge, Georgia, where she founded the National Trichology Training Institute (NTTI); teaching and hosting trichology seminars, conducting continuous research, and writing a USA curriculum for Trichology Healthcare. Motivated to lead a paradigm shift in the beauty industry, Connie journeyed to Seoul Korea in 2009, where she found inspiration and clarity in teaching Trichology at the Suwon Women’s College. This encouraged her to walk in the FOG (Favor of God) to get NTTI approved and authorized. In 2010, the Trichology Healthcare course was the first of its kind to be fully authorized through the Georgia Non-Public Postsecondary Education Commission. NTTI provides a year-long training course with the issuance of a USA Diploma and Certification in Trichology Healthcare at the completion of the course, touching numerous lives through educational empowerment.
Today
Passionately devoted to marketplace ministry for more than 40 years, Connie recognizes many of the pitfalls, trials, and errors in business. In her earlier years in business, she operated in poor stewardship, which caused her to lose more than a half-million dollars in business ventures and real estate. Those experiences were her schoolmaster. Today, as a highly successful entrepreneur, Connie is training others in business.
Moreover, as a national and international instructor, Connie spearheads the global S.O.S. (Saving Our Strands) Campaign to educate beauty professionals and consumers about the hair loss epidemic.
Furthermore, she is the Founder and President of W.O.W. Institute of Empowerment, a women’s empowerment forum that facilitates the mentoring and ministry of fostering women into their purpose and destiny. By blending fresh perspectives, timeless values, and a hands-on work ethic, Connie is helping women reposition themselves to cultivate healthy relationships and expand their creativity, in addition to building wealth.

Of all her accomplishments Connie is most proud of three children and six beautiful grandchildren. They have been her inspiration that gave her a reason to be thankful and serve others.
